The Band
- Dave Richards - Rhythm guitar, lead guitar and vocals. The "Human Jukebox" and all around big man on stage. Don't mess with him, he knows how to swing a guitar!
- Rob McCorkle - Bass and vocals. If we were playin' basketball he'd be our center! Layin' down the bass licks and creatin' the funky foundation so you can move your groove thang!
- Bob Riehl - Drums and vocals. Related to half the people in Portland, he shows the drums who's boss! Besides havin' the best view in the house ;) he keeps us in metered step.
- Paddo Ansbro - Vocals, harp and scrubboard. The "Soul Shoutin' Leprechaun" and frontman who moves through the crowd encouragin' everyone to sing along to their favorite tunes! If you catch him, the pot of gold you'll get is a big Irish smile!
Our history
Almost 20 years ago we began as the house band for the annual Madeline's Party Gift Drive.
A charity event that adopts & provides for struggling families in need.

We continued to practice in Rob's basement studio, playing more charity gigs, birthday parties, weddings...all kinds of celebrations. It just kind of snowballed!
We became good friends over the years, supporting each other through life's ups and downs. And now we play out as much as possible...why? because time is short, you gotta enjoy every minute! That's why we put our hearts and souls into our performances.
It's all about havin' a good time!
Band Name
Many moons before the band got together, in the far far away land of Perdido Key a.k.a "The Redneck Riviera", lived a long haired, red bearded man-child and his fierce firecracker eatin' dog.
Well, as the legend goes he and his dog ran up and down the sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico causin' all kinds of shenanigans & hullabaloo.
This shovel-headed pit bull was called "Rusty Mo". He was a good dog! Protector of his friends and a serious babe magnet.
So, in honor of that amazing K9, our band is named "Rusty Mojo".
